We live in a time when many already know what needs to change - towards cooperation, regeneration, and balance - but few have the rhythm or structure to live it.

100 Days is a systemic practice for translating understanding into embodied change.

A rhythm of reflection, sensing, and small but steady actions - over twelve weeks, one letter a week.

It’s not another course or framework to understand. It’s a lived process for seeing new possibilities and acting on them in real time.

You can participate as an individual, deepen into facilitation, or take your team through the process inside your organization.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

A 12-week practice for systemic change. This is where most journeys begin. Next cohort starts on the 6th of dec.

You’ll receive one letter per week for 12 weeks, with reflection prompts and micro-practices that connect inner and outer systems - how you think, act, and relate.

Each week opens a new theme:

Start where you are: Map your current reality. Notice the patterns that shape your choices.
Systems in the body: Sense how old logics live in your nervous system. Listen to rhythm, fatigue, and desire as information.
Building differently: See your work as a living system, not a machine.
Relationships as infrastructure: Recognize every conversation as a portal to change.
Living what you know: Turn insight into micro-actions that reshape daily patterns.
Weaving the future: Sense how your small shifts create ripples in larger systems.

You can begin anytime, at your own pace, in English or Swedish. The letters will arrive on Fridays.

What you’ll develop:

FOR FACILITATORS OF CHANGE

Guide others through transformation.

This is for you who wants to step into a facilitative role - helping others see and act from a systemic perspective.

This pathway combines the 100 Days content with facilitation tools, reflective supervision, and communication support.

How it works:
– Access to a complete facilitation kit for Level 1
– Guidance on systemic mirroring and group process
– Communication templates for sharing the practice authentically
– Optional co-facilitation opportunities within the WEAVE network

You’ll develop:
– Skills in guiding reflection and systemic inquiry
– Confidence to hold spaces of uncertainty and emergence
– The ability to translate regenerative principles into practice and livelihood

Seeing the invisible patterns shaping your organization.

Every organization lives within - and as - a system. But the deeper patterns that drive behaviour, decision-making, and culture often remain unseen. How value is defined, how success is measured, what stories we tell and how relationships are structured are all examples of hidden patterns.

100 Days for Organizations is a guided process for teams who want to explore what a different kind of economic logic could mean in practice - through the lens of their own daily operations, relationships, and context.

Over twelve weeks, your team is invited into a series of reflections and small, concrete experiments that reveal:
– how the organization’s inner patterns interact with its outer environment
– where energy flows - and where it gets stuck
– which relationships hold regenerative potential
– and how new forms of value creation might already be emerging inside your culture.

How it works:
– Your team receives weekly prompts and facilitation guides for collective reflection
– Sessions are led internally (no external consultant required)
– Monthly check-ins or coaching sessions are available as support

You’ll gain:
