Showing up in the world fully as ourselves can feel both empowering and vulnerable - inevitable and full of doubt and fears. A practice where we are at the same time answering the calling and desire to be whole and authentic, while also negotiating with our stories and deep rooted patterns.

The world likes to tell us who we should be, but this is an exploration into your essence. What future version of yourself is calling you forward? And how can you let them emerge in the present?

This is a session dedicated to using the power of the breath to bring yourself past the mind and the known stories - and into connection with the space, energy and potential you (already) hold.
